Clear to Create · For your creative work

Return to the work
that matters.

For creatives who are capable elsewhere and frozen around their work.

A focused two-month, one-to-one experience. We address the pattern beneath the freeze so you can regain access to your project and begin creating again.

The experience

Everything else
still works.

You handle daily life. Then you sit down to create, and something changes.

You rewrite the same paragraph, paint over your canvas or keep adjusting a part that was already finished. The project brings fog, restlessness or a sudden urge to do something else.

You may have tried a stricter schedule, accountability or taking a break. The block still carries a charge when you approach the work.

That response is where we begin.

The pattern underneath

A creative block
can function as protection.

Part of you may be responding to exposure, judgement or an identity shift connected to the project. We begin with what happens as you approach it and follow the pattern underneath.

The goal is practical movement: the project becomes easier to approach and the next creative decision feels more accessible.

A real pattern of change

Back to
the manuscript.

One writer came to the work after a year away from their novel. Following the first two sessions, they returned to the manuscript.

They wrote 1,000 words the next weekend, followed by another 1,500 later that week. By the end of six weeks together, they were editing their first 10,000 words.

One client’s experience, shared with permission. Results vary by person and by pattern.

The process from the inside

What happens in
Clear to Create.

The first phase gives the work focused attention. The following weeks make room for integration and a cadence shaped around your experience.

01

Before we begin

Onboarding gives me a clear picture of the project, the freeze and what you’ve tried. The opening session helps me understand your story and tailor the work to you.

02

The first four sessions

These are intentionally scheduled within the first two weeks. We move from what is active around the project now toward the response underneath.

03

The following six weeks

We meet at a cadence based on your nervous-system response and how the work is progressing. The support is shaped around what you need as the project begins moving.

04

Optional follow-up

One month later, return for a session to review how the work has settled and address anything that remains active.

A good fit

A project you
want to return to.

Clear to Create is for people willing to explore what sits beneath the freeze.

  • You have a current creative project or an idea you want to execute.
  • You function well in other areas of life.
  • You’ve tried practical approaches and suspect the block reaches beyond technique.
  • You’re willing to take responsibility for your participation.

Certified Rapid Rewire Method Practitioner
Co-Founder, Logos Personality Assessment & Unbound

At 20, I got married. At 21, I bought my first business. By 27, I’d lost both that company and my marriage. That unraveling became the beginning of a deeper understanding of the patterns shaping my life.

Today, I work with clients across the globe, bringing emotional processing and nervous-system work into practical, personalised sessions. My work connects self-understanding with the changes you want to make in everyday life.

Common questions

About
the experience.

Does this work online?

Yes. The experience is designed for private video sessions. You remain present, engaged and able to communicate throughout.

How does the process work?

We work with the emotional and nervous-system pattern connected to the project. The sessions are guided, calm and connected to your real experience. You remain aware and in control throughout.

How quickly might I notice movement?

It varies by person and by pattern. Some clients notice an early shift, which may feel like more ease approaching the work or a clearer next step. The full two months give those changes space to develop and settle.

What if the work has yet to shift?

If nothing has shifted by the start of session three, we stop and I refund the remaining sessions.

What outcome are we working toward?

The purpose is to create movement around the block so you can regain access to your work. The direction and pace of your creative output remain individual.

Can I continue afterwards?

Yes. Once our two months are complete, we can agree on support built around what you want next. This may be a personalised session package or individual sessions as new things surface.

Can I speak with Jara before enrolling?

Yes. Book an exploratory call to talk through what’s happening, ask your questions and explore whether the experience fits.

How does this relate to clinical care?

Clear to Create is coaching and personal-development work. A registered therapist is the appropriate first contact for clinical mental-health concerns.
